Robert Oleisky
handles all types of criminal defense work from federal
felony charges to misdemeanors. He also defends individuals
charged with DWI / DUI and implied consent / license issues.
He has successfully represented his clients who have been
charged with drug offenses, assaults and theft. His
experience also includes the area of juvenile law, particularly
juvenile crimes and child protection cases. Mr. Oleisky
also handles expungements of adult criminal records.
He is a member of the Douglas Amdahl Inn of Court and the
Minnesota Society of Criminal Justice.
Jill Oleisky also
practices exclusively in the area of criminal defense.
She has represented clients who have been charged with crimes
ranging from traffic and alcohol related offenses such as
DWI / DUI, to felony assault, drug, and criminal sexual
conduct. Her practice also includes representation
on license revocation challenges, vehicle forfeitures and
expungements of criminal records. Jill is a member
of the Minnesota Society for Criminal Justice, the Douglas
Amdahl Inn of Court, and was Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association Criminal Law Section from 2003-2004
