Although our office
is located in downtown Minneapolis, we practice in all outlying
counties throughout the State of Minnesota.
Because the nature
of criminal defense law involves areas of great sensitivity,
privacy and personal freedoms, we place a high value on
confidentiality, privacy and personal rights and freedoms.
Here are some examples of the types of cases we handle:
DWI / DUI
Both Robert and
Jill handle all aspects of charges involving driving while
intoxicated. This includes analysis of the initial
stop, the arrest, all court appearances, and license re-instatement.
Narcotics
Jill and Robert
have successfully represented clients that have been charged
with narcotics related offenses in federal and state court.
Many of these cases have involved multiple defendants in which
charges of conspiracy have been added. They make
certain that these clients are well-informed throughout their
proceedings. It is important that Oleisky & Oleisky clients
are actively involved in the decision making process of
their case.
Criminal
Sexual Conduct
Both Jill and
Robert have dealt extensively with the sensitive
issues surrounding charges of criminal sexual conduct.
They understand that the client's interests are sometimes
overlooked by the judicial process, and so they make it
their business to zealously protect the rights of their
clients in these cases.
Theft
Theft
charges can take on many different forms such as embezzlement,
extortion, larceny, robbery, theft by false pretenses, and
receiving stolen property. Many times such charges
also involve multiple defendants and additional charges
of conspiracy. Robert and Jill have extensive experience
in both state and federal court representing clients facing
these types of charges.
